  • Protection of personal data
    1. When ordering Goods from the Store, the Buyer must provide his/her name, address, city, postal code, telephone number, email address and information relating to the purchase (goods, purchase amount, date of purchase). This information is required for the delivery of the Item and fulfilment of the Buyer’s order, as well as to ensure that the Seller’s activities comply with legal requirements. 
    2. Purchase data is obtained directly, but when the Buyer pays for the Goods purchased online, certain personal data may be retrieved and/or transmitted to the manager of the billing platform.
    3. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy, correctness and completeness of the personal data he/she provides. Under no circumstances shall the Seller be liable for any damage caused to the Buyer and/or third parties as a result of the Buyer providing incorrect or incomplete personal data or failing to request to change and/or modify data in the case of changes occurring to the Buyer’s personal data.
    4. The legal basis for the processing of the Buyer’s personal data are set out in Article 6 (1) (b) (processing required for the conclusion and performance of a contract) and (c) (processing required to fulfil our legal obligations as a controller) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. 
    5. The Seller may disclose personal data processed to shipping and IT maintenance companies acting as data processors, and thus processing personal data to a limited extent exclusively in accordance with the Seller’s instructions.
    6. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties unless required by the competent state authority in the cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, when the data are required to claim, enforce or defend legal requirements, or with the individual written consent of the Buyer.
    7. At any time, the Buyer has the right, upon submitting a request to the Seller, to access his/her personal data processed by the Seller; to be informed as to how his/her data is being processed; to request the correction of incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate personal data; and to request the suspension, except for storage, of the Seller’s processing activities in relation to the Buyer’s personal data. In the event that data is processed in a manner inconsistent with legal requirements and the terms of this section of the Rules, the Buyer has the right to object to the processing as well as the right to data portability.
    8. Buyers can learn more about the processing of their personal data or exercise their existing rights by submitting a written request via email to info@trakaimuziejus.lt or to the postal address Kęstučio g. 4, LT-21104 Trakai.
    9. If the Buyer is not satisfied with the Seller’s response or believes that the Seller is processing his/her personal data in a manner that is not in compliance with legal requirements, the Buyer may submit a complaint to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of the Republic of Lithuania.

    1. The Seller uses cookies to distinguish between visitors to its Store and to ensure the functionality of the Store.
